2.) Your lists
You own the lists and content you create. You grant us permission to host and display them so the Service can work. You’re responsible for what you post, make sure you have the rights to share it.
Lists are public by default, unless set to private. Don’t post anything sensitive you wouldn’t want seen.
3.) What's not allowed
Don’t use Kurlio for: illegal content, malware or phishing, infringement of others’ rights, spam, harassment or hate speech, or the sale of regulated goods without authorisation. Don’t scrape the Service, bypass access controls, or interfere with other users.
We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
4.) Paid lists
If you sell access to a list:
- You set the price. Kurlio takes a 5% platform fee; the rest is paid out to your verified Nigerian bank account.
- You’re responsible for your own taxes.
- We may withhold payouts where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
If you buy access to a list:
- You’re buying access to a curated set of links, not the linked content itself.
- All sales are final. Access is granted instantly and digitally. If something’s wrong, email jide.fabanwo@gmail.comand we’ll do our best to help.
- Filing a chargeback before contacting us may get your account suspended.

The Service is provided “as is”, with no warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of what you paid Kurlio in the prior 12 months or ₦20,000, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including those related to refunds or disputes between buyers and creators).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes will be handled in Nigerian courts, except where your local consumer-protection laws say otherwise.
8.) Changes
If we make material changes, we’ll give at least 14 days’ notice. Continued use means you accept them.
